Srl\u2019s commitment to promoting gender equality, social inclusion, and respect for individual differences. This commitment is implemented through a series of concrete actions aimed at raising awareness and actively engaging all organizational levels. It encompasses the entire employment lifecycle, from recruitment through to the end of the employment relationship, in accordance with UNI Reference Practice 125:2022.<\/p><p>Specifically, the organization adopts a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of discrimination, abuse, or harassment, and encourages open and constructive dialogue by providing employees with channels to report any incidents they have experienced or witnessed, and\/or to suggest opportunities for improvement.<\/p><p>Furthermore, S.E.D. Srl is committed to continually raising awareness among its employees about applying diversity and inclusion principles in everyday work practices. It ensures transparency and equal treatment, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, culture, or any other personal characteristic, across compensation policies and opportunities for training, advancement, and professional development.<\/p><p>The organization also promotes female empowerment by supporting gender balance in managerial roles and facilitating employees\u2019 work-life balance, with particular attention to those with caregiving responsibilities or specific personal needs.<\/p><p>Lastly, S.E.D.
