In SED, we implement policies, practices, and behaviors that support the community in which we operate, as well as the company itself. This is a voluntary responsibility that we undertake in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022

Accordingly, this policy formalizes S.E.D. Srl’s commitment to promoting gender equality, social inclusion, and respect for individual differences. This commitment is implemented through a series of concrete actions aimed at raising awareness and actively engaging all organizational levels. It encompasses the entire employment lifecycle, from recruitment through to the end of the employment relationship, in accordance with UNI Reference Practice 125:2022.

Specifically, the organization adopts a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of discrimination, abuse, or harassment, and encourages open and constructive dialogue by providing employees with channels to report any incidents they have experienced or witnessed, and/or to suggest opportunities for improvement.

Furthermore, S.E.D. Srl is committed to continually raising awareness among its employees about applying diversity and inclusion principles in everyday work practices. It ensures transparency and equal treatment, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, culture, or any other personal characteristic, across compensation policies and opportunities for training, advancement, and professional development.

The organization also promotes female empowerment by supporting gender balance in managerial roles and facilitating employees’ work-life balance, with particular attention to those with caregiving responsibilities or specific personal needs.

Lastly, S.E.D. Srl regularly monitors its performance in these areas, updating its strategic objectives based on emerging needs and giving due consideration to employee feedback and suggestions, in order to implement appropriate corrective actions.

This policy has been defined by Senior Management, is publicly available, can be accessed on the organization’s website, and is provided to all stakeholders upon request.
